Amarillo, a new tapas bar, is set to open in Pullman Hotel, Jumeirah Lake Towers. The new bar is designed with all the luxurious amenities. The city famous for its glamorous night life is yet again ready to surprise the pub lovers with all new Amarillo lounge bar.
Amarillo, Spanish for yellow, will combine the popular tapas food-sharing concept with a menu that includes Spanish/Latin American specialties, as well as new hybrid dishes inspired by Dubai culture. The venue interior is based on a yellow and white palette, with tones of green and pops of orange colour. The bar has a futuristic feel with white walls, and an earthy forest vibe in terms of the furniture.
Open plan tables and orange mosaic bar tables are spread along a pearl mosaic floor.The ceiling is also mosaic-themed, filled with mosaic mirrors coming together in organic shapes.Hanging from the ceiling are funky white lights, arguably shaped like the horns of a reindeer.
As for the resident DJ, it is DJ Michelle Love, Mexico’s leading electronic dance music producer, who has performed on the same stage as Tiesto, Steve Aoki, and Markus Shultz. Amarillo hopes to be an uplifting after-work destination in the Dubai nightlife scene.It is open every night from 6pm to 3am and is located at the Pullman JLT in Cluster T and can be accessed through lake level.
The Pullman Dubai hotel opened on 1st of January this year, 2015. It features La Vue terrace lounge, Italian restaurant Manzoni, and a rooftop pool bar. The highly attractive designs and décor are used to match up with the ever glowing spirit of the city.
