SLAB, Dubai’s newest social eatery, brings an all-day comfort fare to the shores of La Mer. Since opening doors earlier this year in January, the restaurant has already become a beloved breakfast spot for beach lovers.
Setting a tone for tranquility combined with healthy indulgence in the mornings, SLAB serves hearty and healthy breakfast options that bring the satisfying flavours of an endless summer. Head Chef Omar Rodriguez orchestrated a standout menu that is inspired by simple ingredients and seasonal produce, including a roasted pumpkin in a Pumpkin and Parmesan Spanish Omelet and a freshly baked ciabatta for Ricotta and Tomato Bruschetta.
SLAB’s Breakfast menu combined with fresh air and the sound of the waves offers guests a delicious way to jump-start the day. The eatery offers a strong selection of organic specialty coffee, with coffee beans imported from the best suppliers, flavoured cocoa, and freshly pressed organic orange, pineapple, and pomegranate juices.
Chef Omar’s kitchen serves tempting options that also include oven-baked Honey Glazed Figs with Ricotta, French Toast served with white chocolate custard, fresh berries and a touch of yuzu, Scrambled Eggs and Avocado served on freshly baked sourdough toast and House Roast Beef Tartine. The menu offers the Middle Eastern staple, Shakshouka, which has already become the most popular item on the menu.
