COYA’s brunch is a perfect opportunity to sample and savor the spirit of South America. Delight in a wide selection of signature dishes and tantalizing delicacies throughout the afternoon such as the famed guacamole and edamame appetizers, the festal display of much loved ceviche’s (diced marinated seafood) and tiraditos (sliced raw fish) as well as maki rolls, salads, causas (mashed potato terrine) and tacos. Leave room for heartier options such as the anticuchos, grilled skewers served on a smouldering charcoal grill, which come in choices of mushroom, chicken or beef. The mains show off the very best of COYA’s signature dishes, choose from the Arroz Nikkel; the delectable Chilean sea bass complimented with rice, lime and chilli, the Pollo al Josper; corn fed baby chicken served with aji panca (Peruvian red pepper) and coriander, or opt for the Papa Seca, Setas Y Trufa, a palatable combination of Peruvian dried potatoes, mushrooms and black truffle. End on a sweet note with a tempting and tasteful dessert platter of Peruvian sweets and fruits.
