Experience an elevated Iftar and Suhoor in a palatial setting for an abundant Middle Eastern feast, to delight the local community and international guests
Dubai, 10 May 2018: Duke’s Dubai, the quintessentially British five-star hotel located on the Palm Jumeirah, is marking the holy month with an abundant Ramadan feast in its signature Great British Restaurant. Located on the ground floor of the hotel, this palatial venue welcomes guests with an array of sumptuous festive fare, resulting in an astounding Iftar and Suhoor experience for UAE residents and international visitors of all ages. The celebration is extended with the addition of a evocative Ramadan tent, to boost capacity with Arabic seating and serving a wide array of Shisha.
Families and friends are invited to relax into the truly lavish Iftar setting, indulging in a mouth-watering spread of traditional Middle Eastern specialties, inspired by cuisines from around the world, and highlighted with authentic local delicacies. Diners will revel in the theatrical twist given to the occasion by watching the chefs showcase their expertise at the live cooking stations whilst relaxing to the soothing tones of live Oud entertainment.
Five different Iftar menus are served in a buffet style. The menus will rotate every five days, to provide optimal choice and variety. Cooking stations will offer a selection of delicious dishes including healthy salads, hearty soups and Arabic mezze, Arabic mixed grill, Chicken Mouloukia. Diners will also delight in the Stuffed Lamb Harris and Emirati speciality dishes in the Emirati live station. For dessert, guests can choose from Arabic favourites such as Umm Ali and Kounafa Nabilsya, in addition to Kateyef Cheese and Saffron Cheese Cake.
After Iftar comes Suhoor, with an à la carte offer featuring a wide array of options such as soup, hot and cold mezze and tasty finger food including Grilled Halloumi, Falafel Platter and Sambousek Jebneh, matched with an extensive range of salads and sandwiches, mixed seafood and grills.
