Chef James Knight-Pacheco continues to work his culinary magic!
Vida Downtown has reached the pinnacle of its culinary revamping with the exciting launch of its delicious new dinner menu. Chef James Knight-Pacheco has pulled out all of the stops for his contemporary and creative takeover of the popular 3in1 restaurant and lounge, to curate a menu which boasts international influences, fresh, organic ingredients and a modern ‘Vida’ flair.
“I took a contemporary approach to the new menu, as I drew my culinary inspiration from European flavours and Middle Eastern tastes to create truly unique dishes that are bespoke in style and modern in concept, which is cohesive with the boutique and urban vibe of Vida Downtown. The menu is multidirectional in that it can take a traditional Arabic dish, but turn it upside down and give it a fresh new feel. We wanted to offer something for everyone, there are more extravagant dishes for the true foodies, mixed with funky classics, and sharing plates for times with family and friends,” explains Executive Chef James Knight-Pacheco
The dinner menu is packed with creative mains like the Drop the Bass roasted Seabass, The Griller lamb chops, the Aïoli or the Veal 2 ways which will be sure to satisfy as guests indulge in the new the tantalizing and trendy culinary landscape at the boutique hotel. The new menu also features an extensive array of pastas, salads and starters like the 3 Ps, the Ocean’s 8 or the Smokey Joe, that will be a burst of flavorful fun hitting your tongue. Don’t forget Dessert! Leave room for something sweet and indulge into La Vida Loca, the Salty/Sweet and the Cheesey Cake.
The new menu is also vegan and vegetarian friendly, so all those plant lovers out there have no fear as they dive into the Mr. Aubergine main, the Pea and Mint starter or the Lean Green salad.
