Love seafood? Then, you’re in luck! One of the most popular restaurants in Abu Dhabi has an exclusive organic fish menu on offer throughout the month of March.
ABU DHABI – March 12, 2017 – Jazz Bar & Dining at Hilton Abu Dhabi has an exclusive menu on offer throughout the month of March with dishes using only organic fish.
Available daily for dinner from 7pm until 10.30pm, the menu was specially designed by the hotel’s new executive chef Walter Miculan to show that the secret to good food lies in the freshness of the ingredients.
The menu features two options for starters. The citrus-cured wild seabass is served with a side of organic quinoa salad and a sesame ponzu dressing. The organic salmon tartar is a real treat for the food fanatic. The dish comes with poached quail eggs, a mandarin fennel salad, and Yasa caviar.
For mains, try the pan-seared wild seabass fillet placed delicately on a parsnip puree, and completed with a side of Romanesco broccoli, warm tomatoes and a chive emulsion. The other option on the menu is the crispy-skin organic salmon steak, served with potato and turkey ham croquettes, and curried chickpea ragout.
With prices starting from AED 75*, the organic fish menu is a wonderful addition to the restaurant’s a la carte menu which already has a dedicated seafood section featuring its popular ceviche of seabass and whole Canadian lobster.
Jazz Bar & Dining is known for its live entertainment by resident band DNA. The quintet perform a non-stop set from 9.30pm until 1.30am from Sunday to Friday. The venue is open from 7pm to 2am from Sunday to Wednesday, and from 7pm to 3am on Thursday and Friday.
