Bocca is celebrating the popular risotto dish with a special menu of traditional recipes and seasonal ingredients from June 15th-30th.
ABU DHABI – June, 2018 – Bocca, the Italian fine dining restaurant at Hilton Abu Dhabi, prides itself on its menu of traditional Italian recipes, handmade pasta and use of seasonal ingredients. And in the last two weeks of June, the award-winning venue will celebrate the classic Italian dish – Risotto.
Bocca’s special risotto menu, served from June 15thto 30thfor dinner, is based on culinary influences from the Northern regions of Italy including the city of Milan.
The much-loved rice dishes are made by chef de cuisine Leonardo Passone and his kitchen brigade with simplicity at the heart of the recipe.
Chef de cuisine Leonardo Passone said: “One of the reasons Bocca succeeds at maintaining the authenticity of Italian cuisine is that we use our grandmothers’ recipes. Blending tradition with modern cooking techniques and carefully designing a menu with the season’s fresh produce make the options on this risotto menu irresistible.”
With prices starting from AED 65*, options include the traditional Milanese risotto with saffron and herbs, citrus scented risotto with asparagus and salmon eggs, and creamy beetroot risotto with Taleggio cheese fondue.
And for a more indulgent dining experience, there are summer black truffle and poached lobster varieties as well.
