Qaryat Al Beri complex hosts the “Hawa Beirut” Ramadan tent with a special a la carte menu and oud performance.
Abu Dhabi, 17 May 2018 – A Ramadan tent has been opened to guests from across the Qaryat Al Beri complex as well as tourists and residents celebrating the Holy Month in the capital.
Located on the private beach of Traders Hotel, Qaryat Al Beri, Abu Dhabi, the ‘Hawa Beirut’ tent allows walk-ins for Suhoor with a minimum spend of AED 65 on food and beverages from a menu designed especially for the space, which guests can enjoy to the tunes of a live oud performance. Accommodating up to 200 guests, the air-conditioned space will also be open for Iftar, exclusively for group bookings made in advance.
The menu includes a selection of traditional mezze like hummus, tabbouleh, moutable, stuffed vine leaves and garlic labneh. For salads, there is a mix of Middle Eastern and international options.
In the hot mezze section, guests can find cheese rolls, fried kibbeh, falafel and foul moudamas as well as a mixed platter of starters like spinach fatayer, cheese and meat sambousek and kibbeh.
A range of snacks including fried calamari and buffalo chicken wings, kofta and shish tawouk sandwiches, arrayes, and chicken quesadillas are available for those looking to enjoy a heavier meal. The chefs will also prepare a variety of saj, shawarma and charcoal grills.
For dessert, there is the all-time favourite kunafa with cheese and um ali. An assortment on Moroccan mini-treats, katayef and cakes complete the meal.
A variety of shisha flavours will also be available for those who would like to enjoy their evenings with some hubbly-bubbly.
