Theatre-goers can dine like the iconic Argentinean First Lady Eva Peron at Palace Downtown as the hotel’s unique award-winning restaurant, Asado, hosts an inspiring pre and post show menu to coincide with Dubai Opera’s production of the famous musical, ‘Evita’.
Executive Chef Josefinna Vallve curated the entire menu on Eva Peron’s love of food transporting the diner back to the Peronist age of Argentina creating a nostalgic yet fascinating experience that will excite lovers of South American culture, history, outstanding cuisine and al fresco dining in one of Dubai’s most desirable locations.
The inventive, five-course culinary treat features exclusive preparations such as seabass with leche de tigre dressing and sweet potato; tostada al pastor chicken and pineapple chimichurri with guacamole and sour cream; homemade grill beef chorizo and roasted bell peppers all can be paired with some aromatic grape beverage, the perfect end to a truly enchanting evening.
