Theatre-goers can dine like the iconic Argentinean First Lady Eva Peron at Palace Downtown as the hotel’s unique award-winning restaurant, Asado, hosts an inspiring pre and post show menu to coincide with Dubai Opera’s production of the famous musical, ‘Evita’.
Executive Chef Josefinna Vallve curated the entire menu on Eva Peron’s love of food transporting the diner back to the Peronist age of Argentina creating a nostalgic yet fascinating experience that will excite lovers of South American culture, history, outstanding cuisine and al fresco dining in one of Dubai’s most desirable locations.
The inventive, five-course culinary treat features exclusive preparations such as seabass with leche de tigre dressing and sweet potato; tostada al pastor chicken and pineapple chimichurri with guacamole and sour cream; homemade grill beef chorizo and roasted bell peppers all can be paired with some aromatic grape beverage, the perfect end to a truly enchanting evening.
Excitingly, guests can also enjoy Burj Khalifa’s mesmerising ‘Light Up 2018’ Downtown Dubai show every day after sunset until the end of March on Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday at 8pm and Thursday and Friday at 10pm as well as take in the spectacular views of The Dubai Fountain shows.
