Set to start at the middle of May, Ramadan – a month of invocation and contemplation – at COYA will present diners with a special Iftar Menu filled with nutritional necessities to ensure a nourishing and healthy start to break their fast, while upholding the venue’s dedication to true Peruvian cuisine.
The soup selection includes Peruvian bean, Corn gazpacho and Cream of Peruvian corn. Soups are accompanied by a delicious offering perfect for sharing of Kale salad, Corn salad, Chicken taco and Seabass croquettes, Beef bao, Beetroot causa, Chicken anticucho and Setas anticucho.
After a plentiful intake of nutrients from the beginning of the menu, the main courses are offered through a choice of four delectable options, each perfect for meat lovers and vegetarians alike. Patrons can select from: a succulent baby chicken, spicy short rib, salmon fillet, papa mushroom with sides of cream corn and green salad. Completing the delicious meal with a date and honey pudding dessert.
COYA’S Iftar menu is offered at AED289 per person from 7pm – 8pm.
