Dubai, UAE – 25 January 2018: Dubai’s most anticipated food festival is rolling back into town next month, and so ends your hunt for the perfect culinary outing. As several of the city’s most sought-after restaurants offer bespoke set menus at prices that won’t break the bank, culinary hotspot Pai Thai is getting in on the action with its very own exclusive offering.
Available between 22nd February – 3rd March, the three-course menu comprises both Thai gastronomic classics as well as more adventurous plates that are perfect for sharing. Starters include foodie favourite Som Tam Pai Thai (green papaya salad, prawns, tomato, apple, peanuts and long beans) and Poh Pia Thod (vegetable spring rolls with sweet chilli sauce), while diners can indulge in the most mouth-watering mains, including Talay Phad Nam Prik Pao (stir fried prawn, scallop and calamari), Kana Nuea Man Man Hoy (wok fried beef with Thai broccoli, mushroom and garlic) and the vegetarian Tao Hoo Phad Prik Thai Dum (wok friend crispy tofu with onion, capsicum, green pepper corn and baby corn). Be sure to save room for the dessert, though, as you won’t want to miss out on the likes of Sa Khu Ma Muang Suk (tapioca pearl, sweet mango, water chestnut, honey melon and Thai coconut milk) or Kao Niew Ma Maug (sweet sticky rice, ripe mango and coconut syrup).
