Omakase is all about entrusting your chef and the OKKU culinary team encourages their guests to do exactly that by ordering off this seasonal designed menu, developed using the freshest ingredients that are inspired and artfully crafted by Chef Hugh.
OKKU lovers can start by indulging in the freshest Kanpachi Sashimi flavoured with yuzu, garlic and truffle-soy alongside an exotic seasonal Japanese Mushroom Stir-Fry. For mains guests can put the chopsticks down and pick up the succulent braised ‘O’Style Short-Ribs with ginger-soy or a delicately spiced Robata Lobster grilled and seasoned with yuzu kosho.
Sushi fans can select from specials such as the Aburi Scallop Nigiri, which is the perfect balance of sweetly seared scallop and spicy yuzu kosho or the tender Aburi Wagyu Nigiri with a healthy kick of ginger.
