Savour a selection of international signatures in a poolside setting

Brunch-goers in the capital are in for a treat as Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers announced the comeback of its much-anticipated Friday Brunch. Just in time for al fresco season, the laid-back feast will be presented at the chic poolside restaurant and open-air lounge, Nahaam.

The dining destination will offer a carefully curated menu of international favorites and irresistible comfort dishes complemented with a breathtaking beachfront view. With 12 food stations including chef’s selection of tempura, selection of fresh oysters shucked to order, foie gras station, a burger and salad bar and an international selection of Irish farm and European style artisan cheese, guests are sure to be spoilt for choice. There will also be a live trolley serving Japanese street food and sushi lovers can also enjoy watching Japanese chefs plying their trade with impeccable technique. Those looking for something more substantial can opt for freshly baked gourmet pizzas from the wood-fired pizza station.

As guests ease into the day, signature dishes such as the house smoked chicken roulade, slow roasted beef sirloin or salmon gravlax will be served table-side, allowing guests to indulge culinary delights from the comfort of their seats.

Taking place every Friday, the brunch is priced at AED370 with soft drinks, 

AED 495 with house drinks and AED 695 with bubbles.

Guests visiting on the 12th of February will be treated to a Lunar New Year themed brunch, showcasing the best of Chinese cuisine and traditional décor.
