The Latin American hotspot sets out to sizzle this summer with more reasons to savour and sway 

Dubai, UAE: Exciting new additions and flavours to Hotel Cartagena’s A-la-Carte menu aim to take guests on a gastronomic journey across Latin America. Available daily from 6:00 pm to 11:30 pm, the eclectic space will offer delightful new fusion dishes for foodies and nightlife enthusiasts. 

Ready to cater for all tastes and preferences, the new menu includes the likes of the Crispy Duck Confit Salad with watermelon, pomelo and green herbs drizzled with chipotle hoisin, the succulentLomo a la Parrilla, a 300g grilled tenderloin with chimichurri sauce and the Anitcuchos Platter with beef tenderloin, chicken thigh, carabinero prawns, charred octopus, and forest mushroom skewers.

Seafood fans are in for a treat with the variety of maki rolls, ceviches, and tiraditos made with the freshest salmon, Hokkaido scallops, and yellowfin tuna that are sure to tantalize taste buds. A must-try platter is the Ceviche de Camarón—a refreshing shrimp dish doused in Ecuadorian sauce, with smokey chulpi corn, spicy romesco and garnished with cilantro. 

Other new dishes include the Mix Parillada de Carne with tenderloin, skirt steak, jerk baby chicken and a luscious rack of lamb, as well as the heartyWagyu Bacon Fejioda. Vegan dishes on the menu are also available, including the savoury Mix Mushroom Rice with sweet donburi sauce, the charred Broccolini with cilantro pesto and spicy cashews, and the lightly spiced Sweet Potato Puree. 

To add excitement, Hotel Cartagena is also launching a mix of lively and entertaining experiences every day of the week. Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays are perfect for those who love to groove—with DJ Leo spinning the decks alongside live dancers. Tuesdays are extra special with the incredible Mrs Buendia’s Ladies Night. Best enjoyed with amigas, the offer can be enjoyed for only AED 100 per señorita inclusive of unlimited beverages and 30% off all mains from 8 pm to 12 am.
