January 2022, Dubai, UAE: Elevating the brunch journey like never before, Republic Adda Bar & Lounge has created the ultimate way to spend a Sunday afternoon with its Citizen Brunch, launching on Sunday 29 January. Creating a community, the Citizen Brunch caters for families, couples and groups, welcoming them into a world of colour, entertainment and vibrancy.

 

Situated in DoubleTree by Hilton – Business Bay, Republic Adda Bar & Lounge serves up mouthwatering Indian street food and drinks with an eclectic twist within a visually spectacular venue.

 

As soon as guests are heartily welcomed to Republic by the impeccably dressed wait-staff they will be greeted with a special gift, welcome drink and seated at their table, whether inside the bright restaurant or on the extensive terrace, which features stunning views of the iconic Burj Khalifa. 

 

Instantly, the experience commences with fun activations for little ones including a kid’s area featuring face painting, entertainment and live performers, showcasing their talents throughout the afternoon.

 

The dining adventure begins with an array of sensational starters brought to the table, family-style, with dishes such as Tuna Bhel, Tandoori Bao Benedict, Prawn Grilled Tawa-Style and Chicken Tikka Sliders.

 

Moving to mains, once the table is ready guests are invited to choose between one of three options, Spicy Curried Chicken Udon Noodles Stir Fry, Madrasi Fish and Chips or Mushroom Kallimiri. Each dish is cooked to perfection under the watchful eye of Republic’s famed Head Chef Nag, who ensures each mouthful is bursting with flavour.

 

Make sure to save room for one of the delectable desserts, which are served to be shared… if possible! Take a spoon and dig into delights including Cashew Chocolate Brownies, Thandai Icecream with Kharri Puffs, Milk Rabdi Carrot Cake and Saffron Tres Leches. 

 

Renowned for its incredible beverage menu, cocktail stations will be positioned around the venue serving flamboyant cocktails and mocktails using fresh fruits, dry ice and even candy floss! There’s also a sangria counter and hops tower to really get the party started. 

 

The brunch costs just AED 165 for soft beverages, AED 265 for house beverages, with the option of upgrading to premium beverages for an additional AED 99. Kids aged 6 – 12 costs AED 85 and children under 6 are complimentary.
