Dubai, UAE – 12 January 2023: – Seamlessly blending Japanese, Brazilian, and Peruvian cultures and cuisines, SUSHISAMBA will be hosting a one-off exclusive ‘Rio Brunch’ in the SAMBA room to celebrate the captivating culture of Brazil. Taking place on the last Saturday of the month, the brunch will transport guests to the heart of Rio de Janeiro with beautiful décor, immersive entertainment, delicious nibbles and breath-taking floor to ceiling 360-degree views of the Palm Jumeirah and Atlantis Dubai.
For one day only this month, the ‘Rio Brunch’ will take place on Saturday, January 28th, whereby guests will be able to indulge in a curated sharing-style brunch menu, which includes a selection of house favourites. The culinary journey will begin with refreshing options such as the Peruvian corn salad and a vibrant salmon tiradito paired with orange ponzu, crispy quinoa, shio konbu, kizami wasabi and avocado. Continuing the journey with entrées, brunch-goers can indulge in a mouth-watering Chilean Seabass Anticuchos, or delicious Chicken Taquitos with aji panca, garlic, charred pineapple salsa, and avocado. To further enhance the food experience, guests can savour delicious desserts by SUSHISAMBA, from the SAMBA Pops with chicha morada sorbet, crispy raspberry, white chocolate, and lime, to the Yuzu Cheesecake with matcha ice cream and velouté.
Complementing SUSHISAMBA’s all-time favourite dishes during the brunch, the cocktail menu will include curated fusions, such as the Amazonian Spritz, Sparkling Hanami and the SAMBA Negroni – allowing guests to be instantly awed by sensational and exciting flavours of Rio de Janeiro.
Renowned for welcoming a stellar line-up of the world’s most sought-after DJs, artists and live music, brunch guests will enjoy a sensational live performance, complete with the venue’s dazzling samba dancers that create a lively and energetic atmosphere. SUSHISAMBA’s resident DJ will transform the SAMBA Room with irresistible beats all day long.
