Dubai, UAE; Always mindful of their clients’ and friends’ suggestions, Fümé Downtown Dubai is introducing a selection of everyone’s favorite Arabic dishes. The same Fümé ethics, only the best and prepared with love, will of course apply to the newcomers.  Diners can now mix and match their existing Fümé favorites with the new kids on the block. Take a peek at the samples and prepare your taste buds for a treat.

Fume DT - Falafel - chick peas, coriander, mint, tahini, sesame seeds, yoghurt and tahini dip 2Falafel – ground chick peas and spices formed into a deep fried crispy ball. Served with your favorite sides of coriander, mint and a yogurt and tahini dip. It’s hot, it’s fresh and quite irresistible.

Fume DT - Fetaoush - feta cheese, fried eggplant, cherry Tomato, baby gem, red radish & avocadoFetaouche – who doesn’t love this salad? Silky feta, fried eggplant, cherry tomatoes, baby gem lettuce, red radishes and avocado are all given a crunch with toasted bread. A big, beautiful, hearty, healthy dish.

Harra shrimps with garlic and paprika – Love seafood?  This one’s for you. Plump, tender shrimps, tossed in garlic and paprika. Simple. Delicious.

Fume DT - 4 prawns kibbeh, Fümé tarator dip 2Prawn kibbe with Fümé’s tarator dip – delectable prawns, carefully combined with spices, shaped and served with a smooth tahini based dip. Finger food as we like it!

Fume DT - LAMBmazing - 2 kofta, 2 chops, slow braised Shoulder with hummus & smoked tomato dipLAMBmazing – we had to make this pun and it should prepare you for what’s to come. Tender, juicy lamb cooked three ways; 2 kofta (finely minced), 2 chops, shoulder slow braised to perfection, all served with hummos and smoked tomato dip.

Fume DT - F Um Ali, honey & labneh ice cream 2Fümé’s Um Ali – this is a scrumptious take on bread pudding but not like anything you’ve tasted before. Whatever else you eat, leave some room for this. Heavenly, served with honey and labneh ice cream. Good things are waiting for you at Fümé Downtown Dubai. Get over there today.
