SAL, the chic lifestyle experience where barefoot luxury meets culinary excellence, located on the expansive terrace of the iconic Burj Al Arab Jumeirah, is delighted to unveil its contemporary Summer Lunch menu carefully crafted to complement the last lazy days of summer.
Exuding Southern European indulgence, the tantalising menu offers mouth-watering flavours from the Iberian Peninsula in Spain and Portugal, all perfectly complimented by uninterrupted views of the clear azure waters of the Arabian Gulf. Incorporating fresh and light ingredients, guests can start their journey with Wild Crab, served on sourdough and topped with egg and a dusting of paprika, and Tuna Tartare with Caviar in a ponzu sauce. Mains feature a sophisticated selection including King Crab Trenette Pasta with fresh basil, pesto, espelette chilli and a drizzle of balsamic, followed by Portuguese Dourada, seabream served with baked potatoes, or Stone Oven Chicken Empanada, baked lemon chicken served with freshly cut French fries. For a sweet and refreshing end to the mid-day epicurean experience, guests can delight in an assortment of tempting deserts, including a soft and light Berries Pavlova, creamy Chocolate Mousse and the signature Tart of the Day.
The fully air-conditioned mirrored venue reflects both the beauty of Burj Al Arab’s iconic architecture and the blue palette of the endless sky and stunning infinity pool. Guests can soak up the eclectic yet chic, refined yet laid-back and vibrant atmosphere at SAL, while catching up with loved ones over lunch and taking in stunning panoramic views.
The restaurant is welcoming guests to enjoy its Summer Lunch menu from 12.30PM – 4.30PM every Sunday to Thursday until August 31st. Priced at AED 290 per person (minimum of two people) inclusive of a three-course sharing menu and one welcome cocktail or mocktail.
