Rüya Dubai, the Marina neighborhood’s beloved restaurant and bar located at the Grosvenor House Hotel, invites guests to celebrate Ramadan with its array of Anatolian style dishes to be shared and enjoyed with family and friends. For the entire month, diners can experience the venue’s award-winning cuisine, mesmerizing interior and exemplary service where the talented team will be serving exquisite culinary masterpieces for guests to relish.
In line with the traditions of the holy month of Ramadan, guests will be welcomed with flavourful dates for those who are breaking their fast and commence with a hearty soup that can be chosen according to one’s own taste. An abundant selection of delicately prepared cold and warm starters such as Muhammara, Citir Kalamar, Bőrek and Pide will swiftly follow and set a rich table, an essential element of traditional Iftar dining culture. Patrons can then continue their culinary journey by choosing one of the mouth-watering main courses from the a la carte menu designed by Executive Chef Colin Clague, before concluding with a selection of sweat Turkish treats that beg to be savoured with a light and refreshing tea.
The bespoke Ramadan menu will be served daily for Iftar (from sunset to 9 pm) while the regular a la carte menu will be available subsequently.
Ruya’s captivating setting and its exhilarating atmosphere have made the venue become the City’s latest offbeat hotspot, continuing to delight the Marina neighbourhood and beyond.
