It also houses one of Dubai’s finest wine collections, hand-picked from the Enoteca Pinchiorri home grown wine Enoteca Pinchiorri rose to success in the 1970’s, offering fine attention to detail, experimentation in the kitchen, a flair for traditional recipes, superior ingredients and an unrivalled mastery of cooking skills.
