Gastronomes in the Capital can treat themselves to a menu full of Chocolate this February Abu Dhabi, 5th February 2019: Roberto’s Abu Dhabi is giving all chocolate lovers a chance to indulge during the month of love with their special chocolate menu available through February. Group executive chef Francesco Guarracino and executive chef Andrea Falcone have designed a full menu with chocolate beyond just the desserts. The menu kicks off with a Foie gras terrine (liver Pâté of geese and duck) with cocoa, pear, figs and balsamic vinegar. The starter is followed by a homemade tagliatelle pasta with 62% chocolate, braised leeks, chili, and smoked beef bacon. Chef Francesco chose both white chocolate and dark chocolate for the main course to satisfy all taste buds. Guests can choose either half a lobster with 32% white chocolate, bisque sauce, saffron, and hazelnut or a wagyu beef tenderloin with 72% dark chocolate, gorgonzola cheese and red radicchio. To complete the chocolate experience, a 36% white chocolate souffle’ with black sesame ice cream and cardamom tuile will be served as a dessert. The chocolate menu will be served from 12pm to 11pm throughout the month of February.
