The award winning venue introduces a new bespoke ‘Özel Menu’ for an unforgettable
sunset dinner and a laid back Saturday lunch
Dubai, 15th March 2016: Ruya Dubai, the city’s award-winning restaurant and bar located at the Grosvenor House Hotel, has launched a new ‘Özel Menu’ for diners to indulge in a splendid selection of traditional Anatolian treats. This specially curated menu will be available for sunset hours, starting from 6pm to 7.30pm, and for Saturday lunch between 12pm and 3.30pm.
The bespoke three course set menu features a variety of delicately prepared creations designed by Executive Chef Colin Clague, showcasing Anatolia’s rich culinary history with an innovative and contemporary touch. Patrons can commence their journey with delectable starters such as Cıtır Kalamar, Ezogelin Corbası or the all-time classic 2 Cheese Pide, before continuing with mouthwatering main courses like Grilled Meatballs with fried baby artichoke, Pan Fried Sea Bass or Goat Cheese Manti and more. The menu concludes with highlights like Revani & Honey or Yumurtalı Ekmek; sweat treats that beg to be savored with a light and refreshing Turkish tea.
Ruya’s captivating setting and its exhilarating atmosphere have swiftly made the venue become the City’s latest offbeat hotspot; continuing to delight the Marina neighbourhood and beyond. Guests can choose to dine indoors or on the chic outdoor terrace with pristine views onto the Dubai Marina. Offering valet parking, it is accessible from both inside the Grosvenor House Hotel and outside via the Marina’s street level through the private elevator.
