Seafire’s latest menu features a selection of exciting new dishes with exceptional quality beef and bold creations
DUBAI, United Arab Emirates (March 2017) – Seafire, Dubai’s acclaimed steakhouse and bar located at Atlantis, The Palm launches its latest menu created by Raymond Wong, the new Chef de Cuisine who has used his world-class experience and new fine beef supplier to create an innovative new menu.
Chef Wong describes his culinary style as creative, innovative and fresh, succeeding his family’s great dedication to food with a motto of “cook with passion or not at all.” His Asian influence can be savoured with the new and impressive Seafire Long-Rib, with bold and sophisticated Asian flavours served with Miso Sweet Potato Mash. Chef Wong’s creative flair is seen within the delectable dishes such as the Savory Short Rib Donuts, the Crab Cake and the Signature Beef Tartare. The new chef has also introduced a tasty Beef Cheek Benedict, and for the lovers of the sea a selection of Fresh Steamed Mussels with a choice of either Classic, Asian or Southern Style broth.
Fitting quality hand in hand, Seafire appointed Rangers Valley (Australia) as their new official meat supplier, making each dish even more special. With only the very best cuts available on the menu, Seafire Steakhouse is one of the only restaurants in the UAE to offer Black Onyx Angus from one of Australia’s most esteemed beef breeders and producers. Diners will be spoilt for choice with the Tenderloin Fillet, the Striploin and the Rib Eye.
This year Seafire Steakhouse introduces the ultimate showstopper, the Seafire Rocky Road Chocolate Freak Shake, which will satisfy every sweet tooth. In addition, Seafire also offers a tantalising selection of delicious desserts including the Chocolate Fondant, Dropped Cheesecake, Skillet Banana Toffee Pudding and Coffee Crème Brûlée as well as the epic Seafire Cheese Selection.
