Starting from this February, Koko Bay warmly welcomes guests to embark on an exciting culinary journey with its new brunch menu, including new dishes and cocktails that will leave them wanting more.
From the moment guests sink their toes into the warm sand, they will be swept away by the Bali-inspired atmosphere, sumptuous dishes, refreshing cocktails and exceptional live entertainment. Brunch-goers can plunge into classics such as the Spicy Tuna Maki Roll and Teriyaki Chicken Kushiyaki among others. Mains include Black Angus Striploin grilled to your perfection and served with ponzu gochujang béarnaise, Grilled Norwegian Salmon tastefully complemented by a delicious homemade teriyaki sauce and organic black rice and many more, which will create a flawless culinary journey, tying the entire brunch experience together.
Furthermore, Koko Bay has specially curated a special vegetarian menu including dishes such as Quinoa Beetroot Maki Roll, Miso Edamame Hummus, Sichuan style stir-fried tofu, Apulian Burrata Risotto served with a smoked tomato sauce amongst many delectable options.
