Dubai is ready to do another experiment and this time with Underwater Tennis. Very soon Dubai may build a Tennis Court under the water. Yes, the plans and the architecture is ready for such a step and it may become a reality very soon. It has been termed as eco-friendly Underwater Tennis project as well in order to maintain the environment guidelines.
If we go by the tradition, it is played on grass, sometimes clay or hard courts but very soon we will see something that will sweep the world off its feet.
An architect has decided to let go off the so called traditions and is planning to build an underwater tennis court in Dubai with a massive curved roof that he envisages would keep the water out and let players see fish swimming above.
Dubai had already taken architecture and engineering to a different level and the Burj Tower – the tallest skyscraper in the world is a true testimony to that fact.
However, in reality it is not as easy as it looks like in pictures as engineers had already sent out signals of the possible hazards relating to the project and the sky-high expenses that comes with such a plan.
Polish architect Krzysztof Kotala, 30, who has a Master of Science in Architecture from Krakow Polytechnic, is looking for investors to turn his dream into reality with Underwater Tennis.
Dubai has already established some fascinating lifestyle milestones in the past years. The new milestone will be another feather in the hat of the city. The architect is confident of building the stadium in minimum time.
