BRINGING THE HEART OF ISTANBUL TO CITYWALK

With flair and originality, the newly launched Turkish dining venue promises the true taste of Turkey, from savoury to sweet, the restaurant serves up a menu for every palate

 

Located in the bustling City Walk, the newly launched concept, Boaz brings unmatched flavours and the most iconic dishes from Turkey. Taking over the former space of Babaji, Boaz is set to take guests on a mouth-watering culinary journey showcasing Turkish cuisine at its best.

 

Facing the central boulevard of Citywalk, Boaz boasts homely interiors with both indoor and outdoor seating overlooking the picturesque silhouette of the Downtown skyline. The open kitchen invites guests to take a peek behind the scenes, as the chefs bring the kitchen to life, transporting diners to the heart of Istanbul.

 

From a delicious traditional breakfast to freshly baked boreks and mouth-watering kebabs, Boaz serves up an extensive menu for all. Start the day right with Boaz’s sharing breakfast menu that features hearty dishes including Fried Eggs & Sucuk, Scrambled Eggs, Apricot & Blackberry Jam, Cheese Platters and Beef Sausages, complimented by free-flowing Turkish Tea. Turkish Specials also include decadent Cheese Stuffed Turkish Pastry, fresh Bagels and mouth-watering Fried Dough filled with Nutella.

 

For lunch and dinner, the culinary journey starts with a delectable array of traditional warm & cold meze from Hummus with Sucuk to Oven Baked Halloumi with Datterini Cherry Tomatoes. For mains, indulge in the signature Civikli, the perfectly warm baked Turkish Pide, special to the Develi district of Kayseri and straight out of a wood-fire oven, topped with Minced Lamb, Mushrooms, Chicken Casserole, Cheese, Spinach and more! Signature dishes also include fresh and juicy Doner Kebabs served with Turkish bread and yogurt on the side and Guvec, made with succulent portions of melt-in-your-mouth marinated meat and chicken, slow cooked to perfection inside a traditional clay pot.

 

For the sweetest Turkish ending, treat your tastebuds to the all-time favourite Baklava served with Vanilla Ice-cream or Kunefe filled with silky-smooth melted cheese. All perfectly paired with Boaz’s free-flowing Turkish Tea or Traditional Turkish Coffee slowly brewed in hot sand or pick from the selection of unique mocktails, including Passionfruit Mojito, Strawberry Colada and Ice Cinnamon Coffee.
