From Christmas Eve dinners, beach parties on Christmas Day, a glamorous New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner, to a lively New Year’s Day celebration, DRIFT has curated an array of events to make this holiday season truly special.

During the festive period, anticipate a culinary extravaganza with dishes like La St Jacques, featuring pan-seared Brittany scallops in a velvety clam velouté, La Terrine de foie gras with pan-seared Duck Foie gras terrine, spiced bread, and fruity chutney. Indulge in the luxurious Le Risotto à la Truffe, highlighting Vialone nano rice, porcini mushrooms, Parmigiano Reggiano, and shaved winter Truffle. The finale, Le Filet de Veau Rossini aux morilles, presents slow-cooked veal tenderloin with parsnip and potato mash, paired with a decadent foie gras and morel sauce. As these dishes unfold, festive cheer fills the air, creating a celebration to remember.

Christmas Eve
Join DRIFT on Christmas Eve for a memorable evening on the beach filled with delectable dishes, soulful sounds, and festive cheer. Our special set menu, featuring Christmas specialties, will be complemented by live entertainment.

Christmas Day
Dive into the essence of festive joy as you spend Christmas on the beach at DRIFT! Experience a unique blend of holiday magic with our À La Carte and Christmas Specialties. Soak in the beachside vibes and let the captivating live entertainment and Christmas Cabaret show weave a tapestry of celebration, making this Christmas by the shore an unforgettable experience for all.

DRIFT guests can expect to indulge in the Christmas Day Festive feast starting with La Langoustine, featuring roasted white shrimp or a three-cheese stuffed ravioli with butternut, followed by the indulgent Le Foie Gras with slow-cooked foie gras, apple-mango chutney, and toasted brioche. Continue with Le Turbot, poached turbo with crunchy vegetables, asparagus, and roe eggs butter, or savour Le Canard, a roasted duck breast glazed with honey and spices, parsnips, and orange sauce. Alternatively, delight in Les Gnocchis, house-made gnocchi with truffle, wild mushrooms, and shaved parmesan. Conclude the culinary journey with a sweet note—either La Poire, a poached pear with gingerbread and chestnut ice cream, or the traditional La Bûche de Noël, a Christmas yule log. The dining experience concludes with the refreshing notes of L’assiette de fruits, an assortment of freshly cut fruits.

For an even more exclusive experience, indulge in the luxury of a private cabana priced at 50,000AED for up to 10 people, complete with a bespoke set menu and a premium selection of beverages.
