In true Sfumato fashion, the restaurant’s festive menu plays on familiar flavours associated with Christmas, accompanied with a unique and elegant twist. Crafted by Michelin-recognized Chef Alena Solodovichenko, the must-try festive dishes include the hearty Slow Cooked Beef Cheek paired with josper grilled parsnips and topped off with fermented cranberry sauce, the exquisite Spiced Sage Rubbed Chicken paired with orange glazed carrots and accompanied by delicate jus infusion of red wine and cinnamon, the Stracciatella Ravioliwith fresh black truffle, the Spiced Butter Nut Squash Soup with crispy veal bacon, the Smoke Duck Salad with fresh figs and Jerusalem artichoke espuma. Diners can end their gastronomic festive journey on a sweet note with a decadent Mandarin Tart with rosemary mousse and Yuzu jelly.
