Dubai is like a salad of cuisines where you will get a variety of dishes from almost every part of the world. From Thai to Indian and Mexican to Italian, there is something for everyone living in Dubai.
We have a great news for our foodie fans – there is a new Spanish restaurant Casa de Tapas opened at the Dubai Creek Golf. The Kingfish Adobo at Casa de Tapas is one of the must-try restaurant in a must-see location.
Cordoba-born Ezqueta, who tried the food there said that it’s a typical, traditional flavour of Spain, the menu is Catalan and Andaluz.
The dish, served at the new Spanish restaurant at the Dubai Creek Golf and Yacht Club, are simply amazing. Most of the dishes cooked by chef Luis Ezqueta are top-notch. The juicy cubes of marinated, deep-fried fish are especially mouth watering. In Spain, other fish would be used for adobo, but Ezqueta — formerly of At.Mosphere, the restaurant at the top of the Burj Khalifa — chooses a locally available fish. He then marinates it overnight in a mix of vinegar, oil and herbs. The result is something that looks like your basic fried fish but packs a surprising punch of tangy flavour.
We hope that you will enjoy the top notch Spanish food. For more updates keep visiting this place. Happy fooding!
